A premier co-working space, Versa offers entrepreneurs and businesses “space for growth” with private offices, meeting rooms, and event space. Versa had everything in place to succeed with the exception of a cohesive marketing strategy to attract more members and the sort of small business website design that makes a great first impression.
Foundational Brand Work
We brought together the Versa team and facilitated our Brand Clarity workshop so they could define and agree on Versa’s brand attributes (I.e.: sophisticated, innovative, friendly, etc.). This exercise ensured both Versa staff and our marketing team share a common understanding of the brand identity and ethos moving forward.

Small Business Website Design With Big Impact
It’s one thing to talk about what defines a brand; it’s another to translate those attributes into a website that walks, talks, and looks as the brand should. In designing the new website, we knew one thing for sure–we had to find a way to showcase the beautiful space to truly give site visitors a glimpse of the Versa experience. Using a clean layout and video content that provides movement and lets the space shine, we accomplished this.
Versa’s social strategy focuses on three key topics: Members + Events, The Space, and Community Benefits. To effectively reach prospects in the Columbus area, we posted on behalf of Versa to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X — utilizing local hashtags and tagging Facebook and Instagram posts with geolocation. Like their space, Versa’s social media content mix is far from simple. We created and shared new videos, photos, and graphics weekly to ensure an up-to-date, accurate representation of the brand. We even translated Versa’s visual appeal to their Instagram feed by adhering to a strict, visually-pleasing columned pattern.
Marketing Reporting and Analytics
We provided comprehensive support by managing website updates and orchestrating business promotions. We continuously reviewed key metrics, such as web traffic, conversions, and social media engagements, to refine and optimize our strategies, ensuring effective and targeted results.
